Oregon Trail Wagon Ruts

They went that-a-way

I stayed overnight in Guernsey, Wyoming. Tammy and I stayed here a few years ago when she went with me on the Wyoming swing for Paradigm. While we were here we visited these ruts and thought it was pretty amazing. So I thought since I was here, I might as well go back and visit again. I was not disappointed. It’s amazing to think about how many wagons crossed over this area to cut through the limestone, 3 feet deep.
